AI assistants for business

We hand AI the repetitive work with text and video that takes your staff hours: replies, sorting incoming messages, transcripts, drafts. Decisions and promises to clients stay with your team.

Sound familiar?

Where time and money leak

The same replies all day

Managers write the same thing all day, and in the evening and at weekends clients get no answer.

Incoming messages sorted by hand

Every email and request gets read, figured out and copied into the CRM manually.

What matters gets lost in the noise

Among hundreds of emails, replies and comments, real clients are hard to spot and get found too late.

What we do

01

Where AI pays off

We look at your processes and decide what to give to AI and where a person matters more.

02

Knowledge base

We gather the prices, terms, answers and documents the assistant works from.

03

Replies to clients

In Telegram, on your website or by email. If the answer isn't in the knowledge base, the assistant passes the conversation to a staff member.

04

Sorting incoming messages

The assistant reads emails, requests and comments, separates real inquiries from ads and noise, and adds them to the CRM.

05

Calls

A transcript of the call, a short summary and a check against your sales script.

06

Drafts

Proposals, emails and documents from your templates; your staff just review them.

07

Video

Short-video editing: cut pauses and repeated takes, add subtitles and captions.

Price and terms

from $390

The price depends on the tasks, the size of the knowledge base, the choice of model and which systems the assistant works with.

What it looks like in practice

Clients from reel comments
AI

Clients from reel comments

We find people who are asking for a website themselves, in the comments under other people's reels.

  • We find reels where commenters ask for a website like the one shown
  • AI separates real requests from ads and emoji
  • It identifies the commenter's company website and industry
  • From 78,000 comments: 308 potential clients, ranked by priority
AI reels editor for creators
AI

AI reels editor for creators

A Telegram bot with a mini app: a creator sends a video and gets back an edited reel.

  • Cuts pauses and repeated takes, adds subtitles and captions
  • Editing and subtitle style set in the mini app
  • Manual editor for the finished video
  • Scripts, niche analysis and payment in Telegram Stars
Bot

Bots for clients and for the team

One bot reminds members about meetings, another brings the team leads and orders.

  • Announcements with “Sign up” and “Can't make it” buttons
  • Website leads and client replies go straight to Telegram
  • Freelance marketplace orders with a “Take it” button
  • Tap that button and an AI agent takes on the task and sends back the result
In detail

The essentials

01

Where AI is useful

Models are good at reading, summarizing, sorting and drafting. So the first candidates are common client questions, sorting incoming messages, call transcripts and documents from templates.

We work with AI every day ourselves: it builds custom website concepts, goes through reel comments looking for clients and edits videos. A person checks the result.

02

What to leave to people

Decisions about money, promises to clients and questions the knowledge base doesn't cover. The assistant answers only from your data, and when it has no answer, it passes the conversation to a staff member.

03

Personal data and choosing a model

If the task involves personal data, we either use models that keep data where your privacy rules require, or remove the personal data before anything goes to the model. Where there's no client data, we choose the model by the quality of the result.

Questions

Questions: AI assistants

How much does an AI assistant cost?

From $390. We give you the exact price after a free review, before you sign anything. It depends on the tasks, the knowledge base and integrations.

Which AI models do you use?

We pick them for the task: models that keep data in a specific country when it has to stay there, and others when that's allowed.

Won't the assistant make things up?

It answers from your knowledge base. If the answer isn't there, the question goes to a person.

What changes for the team?

You'll need to agree which tasks the assistant takes and who checks its work. We handle the setup.
