Mira / Automation and AI / CRM built around your process

A CRM built around how your company works

We build the CRM around the way you already sell, instead of bending you to someone else's template. It has only your stages, fields and reports, and nothing your team has to work around.

Sound familiar?

Where time and money leak

Leads scattered across channels

Website, email, messengers, managers' personal phones. Nobody knows how many leads actually came in.

A spreadsheet next to the CRM

You bought an off-the-shelf system, but its stages don't match yours, so the team still keeps track in a spreadsheet.

The big picture comes from phone calls

To find out which deals are stuck and why, the owner has to ask every manager in turn.

What we do

01

Sales review

Where clients come from, who handles them, which stages a deal goes through and where it usually gets stuck.

02

All leads in one list

Website, Telegram, email: each lead lands in the CRM on its own, with its source and the person responsible.

03

Your stages and fields

The pipeline follows your process, including approvals, quotes and shipments if you have them.

04

Reminders

The system tells you who needs a call back and which deals haven't moved.

05

Call lists

A list to work through, the call result in one tap, and filters by result.

06

Reports

Leads, deals and money for any period on one screen; a summary can also come to Telegram.

07

Roles and mobile

Each employee has their own access, the owner sees everything. The CRM opens in a browser, including on a phone.

Price and terms

from $590

In detail

The essentials

01

Custom CRM or off-the-shelf

If your process fits the “lead, call, deal” pattern, an off-the-shelf CRM such as HubSpot or Pipedrive may do the job, and we'll tell you so in the review.

A custom one makes sense when the process isn't standard: the owner approves prices, orders queue up for production, managers call through a large database, every client gets an individual quote. That's how the CRMs we built for an aluminium plant and for our own studio work: they contain only what people use every day.

02

What a CRM costs

The price depends on stages and roles, lead sources, reports and connections to other systems: your website, phone system, Telegram, accounting software.

The first version covers the core: leads, the pipeline and reminders. The rest we add once the team is working in the system and it's clear what's missing.

03

Where client data is stored

Where the data lives depends on where your clients are and which privacy rules apply to you. We choose the server location with you before we start.

The code, database and access are yours. If you decide to develop the CRM with another team, we'll hand everything over.

Questions

Questions: CRM built around your process

How much does a CRM cost?

From $590. We give you the exact price after a free review, before you sign anything. It depends on stages, roles, reports and integrations.

Can you move our clients over from spreadsheets or an old CRM?

Yes. We move clients, deals and history so work carries on with the same data.

Will the CRM work on a phone?

Yes. It opens in the phone's browser: client card, call, result.

What if our process changes?

We'll add a stage, a field or a report. There's no need to rebuild the system.

Who owns the CRM?

You do: the code, the data and all access.
