Service integrations and automated reports

We get rid of copying data between systems by hand: a website lead lands in the CRM on its own, a client's reply moves the deal to the next stage, a payment goes into the books. The daily summary reaches the owner without anyone putting it together.

Sound familiar?

Where time and money leak

The same data typed in twice

A lead is retyped from the website into the CRM, from the CRM into the accounting software, from there into a spreadsheet.

A report takes half a day

Numbers are pulled together by hand from several systems, and by the time the report is ready they're out of date.

Mistakes in transfer

A typo in an amount or a phone number costs money and clients, and it's hard to find.

What we do

01

Data map

Where data appears, where it needs to go and who uses it. The plan of connections comes from this.

02

Leads into the CRM

Website, email and Telegram send leads to the CRM, and the person responsible is notified right away.

03

Email and deal stages

A client's reply to an email is detected and moves the deal stage in the CRM; bounces, auto-replies and unsubscribes are filtered out.

04

Accounting, bank and spreadsheets

Payments, invoices and documents move between systems; if the team prefers a spreadsheet, it updates itself.

05

External data

Exchange rates, commodity prices and data from public registries are pulled in on a schedule.

06

Summary in Telegram

What happened today and what needs attention, with no manual work.

Price and terms

from $390

The price depends on the number of systems, whether they have an API, and how much the data needs to be checked and transformed by your rules.

What it looks like in practice

CRM for an aluminium plant
CRM

CRM for an aluminium plant

One system for the plant's sales, production and money: every deal is visible from the client's request to shipment.

  • Deals by stage, with price approval by the owner
  • Order queue for the presses and the ingot warehouse
  • Overdue payments and shipments in plain sight
  • Central Bank of Russia exchange rates and the LME aluminium price update on their own
Outreach CRM for a spa cosmetics brand
CRM

Outreach CRM for a spa cosmetics brand

Email outreach to hotels where every email is tracked, from sending to reply and deal.

  • Each recipient gets their own link
  • Clicks and replies by email and in Telegram
  • A funnel from email to deal
  • Follow-ups and undelivered emails are tracked automatically
Bot

Bots for clients and for the team

One bot reminds members about meetings, another brings the team leads and orders.

  • Announcements with “Sign up” and “Can't make it” buttons
  • Website leads and client replies go straight to Telegram
  • Freelance marketplace orders with a “Take it” button
  • Tap that button and an AI agent takes on the task and sends back the result
In detail

The essentials

01

What an integration is

An integration is when systems exchange data without a person in the middle: the website passes a lead to the CRM, the CRM passes an invoice to the accounting software, the bank sends the payment back. Less manual work, fewer copying mistakes.

02

Ready-made connector or a custom link

Popular services have ready-made connectors, and sometimes that's enough. If so, we'll tell you. A custom integration makes sense when there are many systems, the data has to be checked by your rules, or a service has no ready-made connection.

03

If something goes wrong

Every transfer is logged. If a service doesn't respond, the data isn't lost: the transfer is retried and the person responsible gets an alert.

That's how leads on our own website work: the lead is saved on the server first, then the full version goes to email and a short summary goes to Telegram.

Questions

Questions: Integrations and automated reports

How much does an integration cost?

From $390. We give you the exact price after a free review, before you sign anything. It depends on the number of systems and whether they have an API.

Do you work with accounting software?

Yes: we send orders, payments and documents to your accounting software and pull the data you need from it.

What if a service has no API?

There are other ways: a scheduled file export, a mailbox, a spreadsheet. We choose the reliable option in the review.

Can we start small?

Yes. Often the first step is a morning summary in Telegram, and the other connections are added one at a time.
