Consent to the processing of personal data

This is a translation for convenience. The Russian version is legally binding.

This consent is set out as a separate document, as required by Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” (hereinafter, the Law). It is not part of the personal data processing policy, a contract or other documents of the website.

In this text, “I” is the person giving consent. The “Operator” is the individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor) Irina Nikolaevna Golubovskaya, TIN (INN) 772773985190, email for requests: pavel@redesign-new.ru.

The document contains two consents. Each is given by a separate action, and one can be given without the other.

1. Consent when submitting an inquiry

How I give it

I tick the consent checkbox under the inquiry form on the Mira website myself and submit the inquiry. The checkbox is not ticked in advance. Without it, the inquiry cannot be submitted, but the website can still be used.

I give consent freely, of my own will and in my own interest. It is specific, substantive, informed, conscious and unambiguous.

What data

• my name or how I would like to be addressed;
• my phone number or Telegram username;
• the address of my current website or map listing (Yandex Maps), if provided;
• the text of the inquiry and the services selected in the form;
• technical information about the inquiry: date and time of submission, IP address, browser data, the page from which the inquiry was sent, the first page of the visit and advertising tags (UTM tags and yclid), if I came from an ad;
• data I provide to the Operator while discussing the inquiry and preparing a contract: surname, first name, patronymic, position, contact details, details of the company or sole proprietor.

For what purpose

• to reply to my inquiry;
• to prepare a proposal and a homepage concept;
• to conclude and perform a contract, if it comes to that.

What the Operator may do with the data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is mixed: automated and non-automated, with transfer over the internet.

This consent does not permit dissemination of my data, that is, its disclosure to an indefinite number of persons.

Where the data is stored

Recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification and retrieval of the data are carried out in databases on a server in Russia (part 5, article 18 of the Law). The inquiry is first recorded there and only then transferred further.

Who the Operator may share the data with

Services that help process the inquiry. Their list is in the Personal data processing policy. Only the data needed to reply to the inquiry is shared.

If a listed service stores data outside Russia, I consent to such cross-border transfer to the extent needed to process the inquiry, and only after the data has been recorded on a server in Russia.

How long the consent is valid

From the day the inquiry is submitted until the purposes of processing are achieved or until withdrawal. If no contract is concluded, the data is kept no longer than one year from the last communication about the inquiry. If a contract is concluded, the data related to it is kept as long as tax and accounting laws require, and this no longer depends on consent.

2. Consent to analytics: cookies and Yandex Metrica

How I give it

I click “Allow” in the cookie banner. If I click “Necessary only”, consent is not given: Metrica does not load, and the website works fully.

What data

• an identifier in a cookie, IP address and approximate location based on it;
• information about the device, browser and operating system;
• the source of the visit to the website;
• pages viewed, time on site, button clicks and link clicks;
• a recording of actions on the page by Session Replay (Webvisor): scrolling, mouse movements, clicks. Webvisor does not record the contents of the inquiry form fields.

For what purpose

So that the Operator can understand how visitors use the website, which pages are useful and where inquiries come from, and can improve the website.

What the Operator may do with the data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, use, transfer (provision, access) to Yandex LLC for processing in the Yandex Metrica service, deletion and destruction. Processing is automated.

Who the data is shared with

Yandex LLC, the company that provides the Yandex Metrica service.

How long the consent is valid

From the day of the choice in the banner until withdrawal.

3. How to withdraw consent

• Consent for an inquiry: an email to pavel@redesign-new.ru with the words “I withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data” and the contact that was given in the inquiry.
• Consent to analytics: click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page of the website and choose “Necessary only”, or write to pavel@redesign-new.ru.

After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, unless it has another lawful ground for keeping it (part 5, article 21 of the Law).
