Beauty salon website design and promotion, with a price list and online booking

People choose a salon by three questions: how much does my exact service cost, which specialist should I see, and is there a free slot this week. A beauty salon website answers them on a phone, without a call to the front desk.

Must-haves

What the website needs

01

The full price list, with search

Not “ask the front desk for prices”, but every service by category: hair, nails, brows, skin treatments, massage. Search finds the right treatment among a hundred lines in a couple of seconds.

02

Prices by hair length and zone

Coloring depends on hair length, hair removal on the zone. A length switch or a zone diagram shows the total right away, so the client doesn't have to guess which column of the price list she falls into.

03

Specialists and their work

A photo of each specialist, their focus and their work, filtered by service. People come back to a salon for a particular person, so booking with that person should be the easiest thing on the site.

04

Booking in a few steps

Service, specialist, time. If you already take bookings through a booking service, we embed it on the site; if not, the request goes to the front desk as a ready-made WhatsApp or Telegram message.

05

The visit total upfront

Manicure, pedicure and brows in one visit: the client adds services to a list and sees the total before she comes in. The list is easy to send straight to the front desk.

06

Reviews, gift cards, address

Google reviews right on the page, gift cards, the address with the nearest metro station, and opening hours. Gift cards bring in people who hadn't heard of the salon yet.

The scene

Pick a shade and the nails change color

A salon doesn't need an abstract 3D object; it needs a scene where the client tries the service on. In our projects that's a polish palette where the chosen shade goes straight onto the nails, a hair removal zone diagram that suggests a better-value combination, and a branch that unfolds on the first screen as the cursor moves. The scene sets the salon's mood, and the next screen already leads to prices and booking.

What's included

What's included in a beauty salon website

We start with what the salon already has: prices, specialists, photos of the interior and the work, a Google Business Profile. We carry services and prices over from your current site or profile and write whatever is missing ourselves. The structure follows your service lines: hair, nails, skin and massage have different clients and different searches.

Then the homepage concept: we build it for free and send you a link before you pay. Once it's approved, we make the inner pages, the searchable price list, booking and the mobile version. People choose salons on their phones, so we check the mobile version first.

  • Review of your prices, service lines and Google Business Profile
  • Homepage concept before payment
  • Service and category copy, written by us
  • Searchable price list with a visit total
  • Booking: your service, a form or a messenger message
  • SEO groundwork: category pages, markup, speed
Format

Landing page or multi-page website for a beauty salon

A studio with one or two service lines, or an independent specialist, often needs just one page: services with prices, work, reviews, address and booking. If your Google Business Profile is already filled in, the site can be built from it: the prices and photos are already there.

A salon with several service lines needs a multi-page website. A dedicated page for coloring, manicure or laser hair removal picks up its own searches in Google and shows that line's prices and specialists right away. If you already have a site that brings clients from search, we do a redesign and keep the page addresses.

Marketing

Promoting a beauty salon in Google and on Google Maps

People look for a salon near home or work: “nails near me”, “haircut nearby”, “laser hair removal price” plus the name of the area. The top of those results is businesses from Google Maps, so the profile needs steady attention: photos of the work and the interior, prices, replies to reviews, posts about offers and new specialists.

The website catches people who search for a specific treatment and compare prices. SEO + GEO moves your category pages up in Google and works on AI answers: when someone asks ChatGPT or Gemini where to get their hair colored in their area, your salon should be in the answer. Nobody can guarantee rankings or mentions, but every month you see what has changed.

Questions

Questions about beauty salons

How much does a beauty salon website cost?

A landing page starts at $290, a multi-page salon website at $490, a redesign of your current site at $390. Google Business Profile management is $90 a month. We give the exact price for the website after the review, before you pay; copywriting is included.

Can you move our prices over from our Google Business Profile?

Yes. We take services, prices and photos from your profile or your old site, sort them by category and add search. All you need to do is check them and fill in the gaps.

Clients book through messengers. Why online booking?

You can keep the messenger and make it easier: the client picks services on the site, and the front desk gets a ready message with the service, the specialist and the total. If you use a booking service, we embed it.

Why a website if we have social media and a Google Maps profile?

Social media doesn't come up in Google for “hair coloring price”, and a map profile has little room for a detailed price list or for introducing your specialists. The website brings it all together in one place, and Google Maps, social media and AI answers all point to it.
