Land Partners
One-page website
Before and after
Then and now
The first screen of the old site and the new one. Drag the slider to compare.
The task
Land Partners is a developer from Kazan that builds neighborhood shopping centers, warehouses and production buildings turnkey. They needed a new version of their website that shows the whole journey from land plot to tenants.
The idea
The first screen is a 3D model: as you scroll, a shopping center rises on an empty plot. Seven stages mirror the seven steps of the company’s work, from site surveys to an evening scene with the tenants’ signs lit up.
What's on the site
- A 3D scene in 7 stages: plot, concept, design, construction, facade, tenants, opening
- The final scene has a “day / evening” switch and a real photo of the building
- Calculator: floor area and season → a ballpark for construction cost and timeline
- A portfolio of 13 buildings with photos, sortable by year and floor area
- Answers to common questions and a consultation request form
