The task

YOUtoo Professional is the in-house professional cosmetics brand of the Manikyuroff salon chain, with an online store on WordPress and WooCommerce. The client came to us with a brief to “fix every bug, update the prices and raise conversion”.

The idea

We started with an audit: the cart charged delivery twice, reviews and star ratings didn’t match the real ones, and the mobile version was broken. Then came the fixes, right on the live site with no migration: everything is packed into a separate module that switches on with checkboxes and doesn’t touch orders.

What's on the site

Cart and delivery calculate the total correctly: RUB 300 on orders under RUB 2,500, free above that
Bundles, “Bestseller”, “New” and “Set” badges, and an honest “Out of stock”
A loyalty program: points earned, up to 30% of an order paid with points, 15% off for signing up
“Buy in 1 click” and quick checkout without an account
Homepage banners the client changes on their own in the admin panel
A fixed mobile version: menu, product grid, sharp photos
